Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total.
Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. A deposit or full prepayment may be required to book future appointments.
Out of respect for both your time and mine, late arrivals may result in a shortened service to maintain the integrity of the schedule.
